My customer service rep, Lovely, was very helpful with my order. My discount code didn't take when I placed my order. I called and spoke with her and she instructed me what to do. I sent her a copy of my code card and she found my order and had my discount applied to my card which I will receive in a few days. It did show on my bank images, just waitiing for it to finish processing. Lovely was quick to help me and acknowledge my concerns. I have quite a few items from Titan and will continue to use them fo my fitness needs.
