Would review the equipment, if they would replace the damaged parts they sent.I have been in a terrible daily correspondence with many of the foreign customer support employees who will not help me. I had two parts arrive unusable, I emailed right away. They first asked me "Can you fix it" to which I replied no even though it was an absurd and mildly unsafe request. They told me one of the parts was out of stock, which is a bold faced lie. I am able to go on their website and purchase another which would arrive two days later, still very much in stock. They are refusing to help, anyone on the phone just says "we are still working on it" as they ignore all requests for help. The part arrived damaged, the machine is unusable, and they have been wildly unhelpful. This is the single worst customer support experience I have ever had. The need was not that difficult, replace two parts that are badly damaged.Go to any company other than titan, especially anyone who will actually help if the equipment arrives unusable.
