I made an order on a like a Saturday night. I changed my mind and canceled the order on their website within 30 minutes from when I ordered it. I went through trying to contact them and there was a prompt for me to cancel. It asked me why and I told them. Then I find out like on Monday or Tuesday that they shipped the item out. After speaking to customer service, they said to have the order sent back to them so I declined the shipment and it went back. Then they charged me a restocking fee. I understand that is their return policy and it states that there is a restocking fee if returned. My issue is that I canceled the item and had proof that their system had received my cancel request, which was only 30 minutes after I ordered it. So it's not my fault that they decided to ship my order. I will never order from Titan Fitness again and their customer service was terrible!!! I was a repeat customer as I have bought their lat pulldown equipment from them in the past. Never again!
