I think the equipment is good quality and that is why I have placed many orders over the years. But the customer service and return policies have gone down hill. Sending the wrong bolts with orders then telling you they don't have the correct ones and to go buy my own. I tried returning a few items through their online process which they recommend, and after it took three weeks to get a response they told me it was past the 30 days and they couldn't return. Well if their online process worked it would have been well within 30 days. With so many competitors, find a company who respects you as a customer and provides appropriate customer service.
