Titan customer service has always been stellar for me, although admittedly I haven't had to use them much even after spending close to $10k on my home gym as Titans products just hold up. In this isntanc3, I needed a replacement know for the Titan adjustable FID bench thst I originally purchased in 2018, but was damaged during a move. It was seamless. I didnt know exactly what I needed , so the customer service rep sent me a diagram with literally every part pictured. I still wasnt 100% sure, so then the rep walked me through exactly what I needed. Stellar service!
