I had an extremely disappointing experience with Titan Fitness that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I ordered a multi-grip barbell from them, but to my dismay, they sent me an axle barbell instead. While this initial mistake was frustrating, what truly irked me was the way they handled the situation thereafter.When the package arrived, it was evident that the box was damaged. Fedex refused to accept it for return, and I was forced to pay out of my own pocket for a new box to ship back the incorrect product that Titan Fitness had sent me. This was already an inconvenience and an added expense that I shouldn't have had to bear.To make matters worse, despite providing Titan Fitness with photographic evidence of the damaged box and my request for reimbursement for the repackaging cost, they declined my request. Even after I sent them the receipt for the new box, they still refused to reimburse me.It's not about the $16 that I had to spend; it's about the principle of the matter. Titan Fitness's customer service in this situation was abysmal. They failed to take responsibility for their mistake and refused to rectify the situation in a fair and reasonable manner. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Titan Fitness to be prepared for potentially disappointing customer service if anything goes wrong with your order.
