TL; DR: the bench is great and Titan’s customer service was on-point. Highly recommend.My wife bought the Performance Series Adjustable Bench as a gift and I am very happy with it. It is stable, sturdy, has no unwanted play at articulation points, and assembly was easy. I have become a fan of Titan’s products over the years and those products have come to comprise about half of my garage gym equipment. I was not upset when one of the components of my recent order was faulty as I was confident Titan would replace it. Service representative Ralph went above and beyond the level of customer care I would have ever asked for to solve my problem quickly and completely. I have really never been so impressed with a business’s response to a service request. Well done and thank you!
