Unsafe workout equipment. Do NOT use and do NOT trust this company. Avoid Titan Fitness for your safety and sanity. Contacted customer service attempting to resolve fairly or return the unsafe equipment, but was denied. They do not attempt to correct or resolve problems.* Update - Due to reply from Titan Fitness below, I reached out and attempted to contact Kaila by calling roughly 8-10 times. None of my attempts made it past their non-functional 1-800 number menu. Pressing any of the choices does absolutely nothing and then it hangs up on you shortly after. It's almost funny, if it wasn't so frustrating. Avoid!!!YIKES, this company. Thank goodness I learned a bit more about how Titan Fitness actually operates before buying the power rack I was looking at. NO WAY!
