I ordered a T3 power rack and 230lbs of bumper plates. The plates came in multiple deliveries over several days. The rack never showed up except for the crossmembers and a few accessories. What DID show up was 2 massive curl bars that weighed around 60lbs a piece, that I DID NOT ORDER! I did the honest thing and told titan what I had and they proceeded to say that my rack would be 2 months out before delivery. I said just cancel my order and refund my money. They said sure, oh and by the way repack, contact fedex, and schedule a time to ship our bars(that i didn't order) and the partial parts back to us or we won't give you the money back. They were gracious enough to email me some shipping labels to put on the boxes but I still had to print, repack, load everything in my vehicle and haul 200lbs+ worth of metal to a fedex pickup.Horrible customer service and if you deal with a person named grace p. from titan..... good luck and godspeed my friend. Worthless company and employees.
