The weighted vest was reccomended by Trevor Wickam from The MS Gym. Using the vest has really impacted my life. My core strength has vastly improved and my balance and coridinatiom is greatly improved. I can walk much easier. I was diagnosed with MS 12/22/21. I only wish I had known about The MS Gym and Titan products sooner. Love the vest and it was affordable.
