Ordered fixed barbells and rack. Barbells came in quick and appear nice. The rack in the other hand had to be shipped twice. The first time the shipping company sent it back and I received an email 2 weeks later saying they would send me a replacement. Took about 2 more weeks and finally received rack. It was severely damaged and was shipped in about 3/4 of a cardboard box and the rest wrapped in packing tape. Titan would not take it as a return even though I never opened it or even moved it off my porch. Very poor customer service and they do not care about the consumer.
