The customer service is great! The products are top of the line with a low price. Best gym equipment company on the market. I had horrible experience with rogue, not shipping my item and not giving me a refund, had to contact my Credit Card company and the Better Business Bureau. Rogue is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Will only buy from Titan!
