I installed the Titan 3 position wall mounted pull-up bar for my son who is 10 and weighs 75 pounds. The bar is nice quality and will last him for years until he is much heavier. The bar says that is has a capacity of 250 pounds which seems a bit high. I weigh 190 pounds and would feel comfortable using the bar, but for someone over 200 pounds a different bar would be better.
