When looking into different equipment options reviews claimed Titan Fitness' support wasn't top quality. And that you had to sacrifice price for quality support. My experience with Titan Fitness was the complete opposite. I had multiple questions during the buying process – support was always quick to reply, fully answered my question(s), and even went out of their way to to explain why in one case. Thanks for being awesome Titan Fitness team. The support team deserves WAY more credit than they get.
