Still waiting on a response from Josh so that I can place an order. I’m already frustrated that you changed your design on the X3 Flat Foot and now I have to deal with waiting when I could have just ordered already. The extension kit won’t fit my flat foot rack so I’m waiting to hear about the measurement of hole spacing on the X3 wall mount to be able to extend my rack.It’s also almost impossible to get thru to anyone in sales on your line. I’ve called 9 times today and each time after 15 mins it cuts off the call and says no one is available.
