This was my first order from Titan Fitness. Order process was easy, and the get me updated on the processing status. Received machine within 4 days. Packaging was good and set up was easy. I'm a bigger guy and was concerned about the size of the machine, but after a couple workouts, I love this machine. Does exactly what it is suppose to do, and so far seems very sturdy. Compared to other leverage benches I have used for shoulder presses, this one I can use half the weight with the same resistance. The side lateral feature works smooth. Can't wait until my next purchase.
