I ordered quite a few bumper plates and a bench press rack. The bumper plates arrived quickly and in good condition. The bench press rack was another story however. After being notified it shipped, I began to track it. After three weeks of tracking an alert was indicated. The item was damaged and unable to be delivered. I immediately called Titan Fitness customer service to determine our next step. The customer service professional was extremely helpful and verified with the shipper that my item was in fact damaged. She issued a new order for another item to be shipped out immediately. Awesome customer service. I tracked the new bench press rack and the shipping facility sent it ALL OVER the country!! Then one day there was another alert that this item was also damaged and undeliverable. So, I contacted Titan customer service again to determine what was our next move. The customer service professional needed to contact the shipping facility to determine what happened. She called me back within two hours telling me that she would issue a new order for me. However, the item was now out of stock with no backorder date. The young lady apologized that the remainder of my order could not be filled and issued a refund for the item. All told, I spoke with four different customer service professionals and all were professional and tried to get the item to me. Titan went the extra mile but their efforts were thwarted by the shipping facility. The fact that I did not receive the item is in no way a reflection on Titan. I will continue to buy their fitness products.
