With my first purchase of a Titan product many of the pieces weren't included and an entire machine was sent as a replacement. I was satisfied. I continued to order from their company. I have since ordered 4 more machines and another piece of equipment. I'm sure with the volume of products they sell Worldwide my purchases mean nothing. Until recently I was satisfied with their company and planned on making more purchases. I have recently been extremely disappointed with the service results of my latest purchases. I tried to cancel a purchase because I ordered it thinking I was paying in installments and was told I couldn't cancel because it was already being processed even though I had just literally made the purchase 15 minutes earlier. Then on another purchase as I refused delivery from FedEx and the machine never left the truck nor my State I am charged 75.00 for "shipping ". I have never dealt with a company whose return policies and cancel policies are as predatory as Titans. It's not even the money at issue. It's the principle. I have made my last purchase with their company. I had referred you to other contractors who were also installing home Gyms, I will definitely inform them of these policies and tell them to take their business elsewhere. I was pleased by the quality and prices of the equipment but God forbid you find a problem or even better price and try to cancel. Extremely dissatisfied, and disappointed!
