Horrible customer service! I ordered the plate loaded linear hack squat machine direct from Titan. The front support base was missing so I immediately emailed Titan with the order number and a detailed description of the missing part. After nearly 4 weeks I still have no resolution and nobody from Titan will respond. Avoid Titan at all costs.
