My experience with this company has been great. I had already ordered one of their adjustable kettle bells through Amazon and I was very impressed with the quality. Once I decided kettlebell training was for me I went back for a second but I went directly through the website this time. I wish I had gone through it the first time! One of the reasons is because it was $20 cheaper on their website than it was on Amazon. Another reason being, upon going to the website they offer a 5% discount so naturally I wanted to use that discount on my second kettle bell. Something happened and the discount code didn’t work so I sent an email explaining what happened to them. I got a very quick reply and resolution to this. They refunded me the 5%, and Meia Was great. She was very kind, prompt, and effective!
