I was recently helped by a representative named Amyra Pedrajas, and they were excellent.I had ordered an item on backorder from Titan Fitness that I was expecting to ship soon, however, during the estimated shipping window, the "order details" section of the website was experiencing technical problems, and I was unable to view my order status for several days while they were working on it. The last update I saw was "Preparing for shipment," but never received an email that it had shipped (due to the system having problems at the time).I contacted Titan Fitness support via the website, and within 24 hours received a reply from Amyra. The reply was polite, helpful, and understanding. They even included the tracking information that was previously unable to reach me.I am very grateful for Amyra, the assistance was very much appreciated!
