I ordered the 300lb stack Lat Pulldown back in August 2021 and due to some shipping delays it wasn’t received until 12/22/21. As you could probably imagine it was super frustrating from our view as a customer that shipping kept getting pushed back and we didn’t receive it until 4 months later. Now we did order this on back order, original ship date was supposed to be Sept 2021.As I was talking to customer service (multiple calls) and getting information during that time we were lucky enough to get Brittany on one of the phone calls.From that point on we strictly delt with her. She was understanding and informative on what was going on. Instead of cancelling our order and going elsewhere we were satisfied with her service and decided to hold off and just wait for it. She provided weekly feedback and other options for us to consider. She is an excellent representative for Titan Fitness and we are happy we waited. Quality is excellent and very excited to use it!We got it today and unpacking it we can tell the quality is great and happy
