I ordered three items from Titan Fitness recently. T-2 rack, 245 lb plates set, and olympic barbell.First, T-2 rack arrived with some rusty parts although I ordered a new one. I complained about it, and they've said "sorry", and they provided the solution called "return" that heavy product. Of course, as you guys all know, it takes a lots of time to get delivered gym stuffs. I couldn't wait more. So,I just cleaned it up by myself although it looked "used or old one" with rusty parts. Later, I complained one more time to Titan assistant, but they simply ignored it unfortunately.Second, when 245 lb iron plates set was delivered, delivery guy left the product in my neighbor's parking lot in the snow. Not even in front of house, but in parking lot. It was hazard. I also complained about it, and Titan assistant asked me to get 200 points (which is $10) and kindda give me some pressure to give a positive review on assistant. I am certainly not gonna order anything anymore.
