I contacted Titan to inquire about the shipping status of my order. I ordered pallet forks and the frame was delivered but not the forks. Meia Rabang was the customer service rep who assisted me. Meia confirmed the forks were part of a separate shipment and I had nothing to worry about. Meia also looked into a first responder discount I had not known about when I placed my order.
