The company's provided instructions for this solution failed, and the cable became jammed in the inverter port, * **Complete Lack of Support:** To escalate the issue, I **tried to call GivEnergy directly, but they never answered the phone.** * **Failed Service:** The company itself scheduled an engineer visit **three separate times**, and the engineer was a **no-show every single time.** * **Stalled Resolution:** Despite multiple communications detailing the month-long failure, the cable issue, and the failed appointments, the only advice offered was complicated, multi-step instructions for a manual power-cycle/restart of the inverter, which we requested to do on a guided video call.The issues have been complex, the remote troubleshooting has failed for over six weeks, and the physical service appointments were never honored. The product is failing, the promised financial return is nonexistent, and the customer support is nonexistent. The entire experience is completely unacceptable."
