We booked a spa day, but due to staff illness, we couldn't enjoy it together. The staff were incredibly kind and offered us complimentary drinks. We made a last-minute room booking and the bar team went above and beyond to assist us. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly enhanced our evening, especially after our plans changed. The staff also provided us with an emergency toothbrush without us even asking. The service was impeccable, with a keen attention to detail. This hotel remains our favorite getaway, even though we live nearby. Thank you!
