The hotel offers spacious rooms and a convenient location, which is why I've stayed there three times. However, on each occasion, at 6 PM, a staff member entered my room without warning to check if I had left. This happened on different nights, and it made me feel very unsafe, as I thought someone was trying to steal from me. I yelled at him, but he didn’t even apologize. When I reported this to the receptionist, she seemed at a loss for words. The staff member was clearly identifiable by his black shirt and pants. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was quite disappointing.
We traveled to Liverpool for a one-night stay at the hotel but ended up enjoying it so much that we extended our visit to two nights. The staff were welcoming, with special thanks to a receptionist who made our stay truly enjoyable. Our room had a fantastic view, was impeccably clean, and spacious. While we found the dinner service decent, some menu items could use better presentation. However, the breakfast setup and service were excellent. The spa was a highlight, offering a relaxing experience for a reasonable price. The building's restoration from its industrial past retains beautiful architectural features, making our stay unforgettable. We can't recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning.

The staff also provided us with an emergency toothbrush without us even asking. The service was impeccable, with a keen attention to detail. This hotel remains our favorite getaway, even though we live nearby. Thank you!
