Poor customer service!

Booked spa treatments since last year, the hotel had to reschedule several times due to Covid and staff shortage. It was rebooked eventually for this weekend however received no email or reminder of the appointment. The hotel called us today to inform us we have missed appointment and would offer no refund or even a rescheduled appointment. Extremely difficult to get through to hotel over the phone and when you do speak to the reception they are not at all helpful and the customer service is extremely disappointing, not worthy of 4 star rating! Will not be booking their again!
