I ordered a bike helmet for delivery to Australia, expecting a shipping notification within 3-5 business days as stated on the website. On the 7th business day, I had to reach out to them, only to receive an email saying it would ship in 4-6 business days. Two weeks after my order, I was informed via email that they didn't have the item in stock to complete my order. One star for processing the refund.
