Disappointing order experience

I ordered a bike helmet for delivery to Australia, and the website stated I would receive a shipping notification within 3-5 business days. On the 7th business day, I had to inquire, and I received an email stating it would ship in 4-6 business days. Two weeks after placing my order, I was informed via email that they didn’t have the item in stock to fulfill my order. I’m giving one star for processing the refund.

Terrible customer service experience

I had a terrible experience with customer service. I ordered three small items and was charged €20 for shipping. UPS claimed the package was delivered, but they never showed up. I contacted the seller, and they said they would investigate. Two months later, they informed me it was delivered, and that was the end of it. I received nothing and lost my money. The worst service I’ve ever encountered; they didn't even attempt to offer compensation. Avoid this seller.
