I was sceptical at first since there are multiple negative reviews of this shop , but I was suprised how forthcomming and polite the customer support is.I ordered a Madbull Patriot Kit from them btw.Nothing to complain about, fast shipping( even though I live in denmark and the shop is located in Italy),good transparency exellent customer support. Would buy again at.In terms of the other reviewsof this shop:they make no sense, if the product / airsoft is faulty or damaged it's not the shops fault but the manifacturers or the shipping company's fault.All in all this shop dosn't deserve this bad of a reputation
