The cables do not last! Despite their own website stating a lifetime warranty, they are currently claiming (on December 25th) that it’s only a 24-month warranty and offering a 20% discount. I provided them with a screenshot of their own terms, but they chose not to respond. I’m currently waiting for their complaint process. This is my third cable, and they simply don’t last. I overlooked it when they honored their own terms, but now I refuse to engage with dishonorable businesses.
