I’ve sent four emails without any response. Their website claims they will reply within 12-24 hours. This service feels like a scam. I’ve contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I caution anyone considering a purchase from this seller—avoid them, as they seem untrustworthy!
Dealing with this service has been incredibly disappointing! They promoted a buy 2 get 1 free offer, but only two items were delivered. I reached out to them, and they insisted I only ordered two, claiming they reduced the price from £50 to £25 (who would pay that for a USB cable?). The overall experience was awful, and the original delivery took nearly a month! I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.
The cables do not last! Despite their own website stating a lifetime warranty, they are currently claiming (on December 25th) that it’s only a 24-month warranty and offering a 20% discount. I provided them with a screenshot of their own terms, but they chose not to respond. I’m currently waiting for their complaint process. This is my third cable, and they simply don’t last. I overlooked it when they honored their own terms, but now I refuse to engage with dishonorable businesses.

Their ads claim 'hassle-free returns,' but you have to return items to the UK at a steep cost. The alternative was to keep them as gifts for someone, which is absurd, and they offered 40% off my next order. This is not hassle-free at all, and I won't be returning.

I did receive an email stating my order was 'ready' a week ago, but the provided tracking number is unrecognized by USPS. There are no contact numbers available. BEWARE!
