After three weeks without an order summary, I reached out. They informed me that the cables would ship, but sent outdated chargers incompatible with modern phones. Their ads claim 'hassle-free returns,' but you have to return items to the UK at a steep cost. The alternative was to keep them as gifts for someone, which is absurd, and they offered 40% off my next order. This is not hassle-free at all, and I won't be returning.
