I previously loved my Titan Power cords for our devices. However, after ordering three more in October, it’s now nearly four weeks with no cords and no response to my emails about the delivery. They claim to respond within 12-24 hours, but it’s been weeks since my initial email with no reply. I did receive an email stating my order was 'ready' a week ago, but the provided tracking number is unrecognized by USPS. There are no contact numbers available. BEWARE!
