I placed an order on December 1st, and they indicated a processing time of 5-10 days for US orders. Now it’s December 27th, and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve sent four emails without any response. Their website claims they will reply within 12-24 hours. This service feels like a scam. I’ve contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I caution anyone considering a purchase from this seller—avoid them, as they seem untrustworthy!
