I consented to a $14.95 charge for a 4-week capsule wardrobe idea after completing a survey, only to be charged that plus an additional $29.95 that I DID NOT agree to. The email with links doesn’t even direct me to what I paid for. I’ve received nothing and have been overcharged. After canceling, I emailed for a refund and received a generic response stating they don't issue refunds for 'personal reasons' among other nonsense. Absolutely appalling. DO NOT TRUST!
