I went in not quite sure what to expect. The session was via chat and I was able to see the outfit recommendation and give feedback until it felt right. I had filled out a pre-question that was actually used to inform the suggested pieces. I am happy with my session and the pieces recommended for me.
I agreed to a $14.95 charge for a 4-week capsule wardrobe idea after completing a survey, but I was charged that and an additional $29.95 that I DID NOT consent to. The email with links doesn’t even take me to what I paid for. I’ve received nothing and have been overcharged. After canceling, I emailed for a refund and got a generic response stating they don't issue refunds for 'personal reasons' among other nonsense. This is incredibly frustrating. DO NOT TRUST!

Regrettably, I failed to check the reviews before purchasing this service, which I usually do. I bought it without realizing that face-to-face conversations were necessary instead of online or email communication. Unfortunately, that’s not something I can do. After realizing this, I promptly contacted customer support. The only option presented to me was cancellation—no refund, no partial refund, nothing. I had the service for just a few minutes and was charged $44.99 for absolutely nothing. I received no response from customer support after expressing my disappointment via email. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I was uncertain about what to expect from my initial styling session, but I was pleasantly surprised by how simple and straightforward it was. The texting format allowed me to fit the session into my day seamlessly. My stylist was wonderful and suggested an item I was already considering, pairing it with another I likely wouldn’t have chosen myself. I felt that the recommendations were personalized and well thought out.
