I wish I had read the reviews here before subscribing to Title! 21% 1-star reviews would have helped a lot to make my decision. Title Outfits initially seemed like a great way to discover my personal clothing style and update my wardrobe. However, the app requires a 7-day “education” with a lot of quizzes before you can even get any advice. Along with that, none of the app features actually opened for me, so I couldn’t even go through the process. I became so frustrated and contacted customer support for a refund. Customer service is clearly managed by an AI “bot” that repeatedly responded with a link to their refund policy. So, even if you can’t open the app, they will not refund your money! I cancelled my subscription but I wish that I had not even tried this app. UPDATE:After 5 unsuccessful attempts to get a refund due to the non-functioning app, TITLE did reach out and refund my money as a result of this review. How disappointing that their customer service only does the right thing if someone writes a review! The app still never worked for me and users will find that the “generic” clothing recommendations are from only a few stores that are not well known brands.
