The app fails to offer a personalized or individualized experience. It depends on broad, generic frameworks without meaningful adjustments for the user. From my experience, it does not deliver the depth or customization that was promised. In contrast, I was able to gain much better, more tailored insights using a different platform with the same information I developed myself. Edited on January 12th: I appreciate that my money was refunded, but the hassle and time involved could have been avoided if the company had clearly stated the app's availability. January 11th: I found this service through a social media advertisement. The company's name was not clearly mentioned, yet I completed the questionnaire and subscribed. It was only after finishing the process that I realized the app is exclusive to Apple devices, which was never disclosed beforehand, rendering the service unusable for me. Although an online link was provided, its functionality is extremely limited. I can only book sessions without any option to manage or cancel them, nor can I view any outfits. Consequently, the service is practically unusable. When I reached out to customer support, I was told my subscription would be canceled moving forward, but the $130 charge made just minutes earlier wouldn’t be refunded. This response was frustrating and unreasonable. I have since filed a dispute through a payment service. Overall, this has been a highly disappointing experience.
The stylist was very supportive and approachable. I really liked the outfit chosen for me and will likely purchase most of the items. Shoes, however, are something I typically avoid buying online. As noted by others, interacting with the bot was somewhat frustrating. The countdown timer was ineffective, and I had to refresh my browser repeatedly. Some adjustments are needed in this area for the experience to be outstanding.

However, your account will be charged significantly more due to currency differences. Following this, you must schedule an online consultation with a 'fashion consultant.' This isn't a phone call; it's all done online, which is tedious and slow. After an hour of waiting, she finally informs you that she has crafted an outfit. The outfit is incredibly basic, with the expectation that you'll purchase it through them. It's pricey and of questionable quality. I've expressed my disappointment, feeling that this service fails to deliver on its promise of a concise 'fashion capsule.' Instead, it's a long, cumbersome process for very basic results, paired with a complicated app and misleading concepts. To make matters worse, I was denied a refund. This company is appalling and ethically questionable. Potential buyers should be very cautious—do not waste your time or money.
The app is only available on iPhone, making it completely useless for me. I will seek a refund for my subscription and may involve my credit card company if necessary. As the saying goes, if it seems too good to be true, it likely is...
I am extremely disappointed that I paid for the app but couldn't use it. After voicing my concerns, my subscription was canceled, and I was charged an additional 30 dollars, totaling 50 dollars for a service that offered nothing. This has been quite a frustrating experience.
