Edited on January 12th: I appreciate that my money was refunded, but the hassle and time involved could have been avoided if the company had clearly stated the app's availability. January 11th: I found this service through a social media advertisement. The company's name was not clearly mentioned, yet I completed the questionnaire and subscribed. It was only after finishing the process that I realized the app is exclusive to Apple devices, which was never disclosed beforehand, rendering the service unusable for me. Although an online link was provided, its functionality is extremely limited. I can only book sessions without any option to manage or cancel them, nor can I view any outfits. Consequently, the service is practically unusable. When I reached out to customer support, I was told my subscription would be canceled moving forward, but the $130 charge made just minutes earlier wouldn’t be refunded. This response was frustrating and unreasonable. I have since filed a dispute through a payment service. Overall, this has been a highly disappointing experience.
