They recently broadcast the wrong feed for a UK channel. Despite multiple communications, I received no resolution. It seems like they don't care. I noticed they are airing at least one fake channel; the UK Discovery Turbo is not the genuine content, and nothing aligns with the EPG. After notifying support, they claimed they would investigate, and a fix was provided shortly after, but I remain skeptical.
