I have been a loyal user of this service for quite some time and hold a lifetime subscription. Lately, the EPG issues have been quite bothersome for me. At 28, and with my father being 62, the EPG is crucial. I asked for a partial refund, and they managed it in a professional manner.

Disappointing experience, avoid this service

Can you explain why your service only works for one day? Either refund my money, or I will share this on every social media platform possible. I signed up for a one-year subscription in December 2024, but I was charged for two years. I overlooked that error, hoping for good service, but I was mistaken. In five months, I received eight playlists, none of which lasted more than three weeks. Now, their customer support is unresponsive. I'm out $98. Please stay away from this company; their servers are unreliable and they are a scam!

Content language issues

The connection is good and the content plays without buffering. However, the English movie content is often misrepresented, as many supposed English movies are actually playing in French audio. Support tickets are frequently closed without adequate explanations, just a note thanking me for my input and stating they will inform technical support.

Service stopped abruptly with no response

The service was excellent for a month and a half until it suddenly ceased, and now they are unresponsive. I will have to request a refund through my credit card company.

Consistently poor service for months

I've experienced terrible service for several months. Thankfully, I switched to a different provider that offers better service and support. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this one.

Extremely unsatisfactory!

This service is non-existent. Multiple channels are not functioning. It's a complete waste of money.

Caution: Risky sign-up process

I tried to sign up for one month and provided my name, address, email, phone number, and credit card information, only to be told they couldn't verify me. They then requested a copy of my driver's license, which raised many red flags. I declined their request and advise others to proceed with caution.

Issues with channel feeds

They recently broadcast the wrong feed for a UK channel. Despite multiple communications, I received no resolution. It seems like they don't care. I noticed they are airing at least one fake channel; the UK Discovery Turbo is not the genuine content, and nothing aligns with the EPG. After notifying support, they claimed they would investigate, and a fix was provided shortly after, but I remain skeptical.
