Can you explain why your service only works for one day? Either refund my money, or I will share this on every social media platform possible. I signed up for a one-year subscription in December 2024, but I was charged for two years. I overlooked that error, hoping for good service, but I was mistaken. In five months, I received eight playlists, none of which lasted more than three weeks. Now, their customer support is unresponsive. I'm out $98. Please stay away from this company; their servers are unreliable and they are a scam!
The connection is good and the content plays without buffering. However, the English movie content is often misrepresented, as many supposed English movies are actually playing in French audio. Support tickets are frequently closed without adequate explanations, just a note thanking me for my input and stating they will inform technical support.

After notifying support, they claimed they would investigate, and a fix was provided shortly after, but I remain skeptical.
