The graphics and interface are so user friendly. The emails announcing new purchases are great. The environment is better because of the trees planted. But what really stands out is the customer service. I made a huge mistake and cancelled all upcoming tours. I wrote Tixtree and Angela got back to me immediately, making me feel the problem was solvable. She worked out all the issues and within a couple of hours, all was well with my world.
