I’ve been a website designer and developer since the early days of the internet, so I understand what goes into a good software platform. In a recent volunteer job for a local nonprofit needing a ticketing platform, I tested three different lower cost alternatives to Eventbrite. Tixtree came out on top. Not just because of their lower pricing and well-designed platform, which would have been enough to put them at the top of my list, but also because I had 2 feature requests right out of the gate, and within days they had implemented one of them and are working on the other. EDIT: by the time I had finished writing this review, they had completed the 2nd feature request!Never in my career have I had such a rapid response to my requests. That is customer service at a level you’ve never experienced.
