I spent a significant amount on some cutlery, and when it finally arrived, the handles were so poorly finished that they had sharp edges, making them unsafe to use. There's no way I would let my grandchildren handle them. I've sent multiple photos to the company, but they claim they haven't received them. They offered a replacement, which I declined. I requested a full refund, but they seem intent on providing replacements or alternatives, which I won't accept. I'm now escalating this to my credit card company for a full refund.
