I spent a significant amount on some cutlery, and when it finally arrived, the handles were so poorly finished that they have dangerously sharp burrs, making the cutlery UNSAFE to use! I wouldn't let my grandchildren handle them. I have sent the company photos five times, yet they claim they haven't received them.
They offered a replacement, which I declined. I requested a full refund, but they are insisting on replacing them with other items, which I will not accept. I am now escalating the issue to my credit card company to request a full refund.
