Two weeks later, after being told my items were delivered to a shop for collection, I went to pick them up, but there was nothing there. I've received lies from different representatives, and I've accumulated around 30 emails from various people. Last week, I contacted my bank, which issued a full refund and is likely in a dispute with customer services now. If I get the refund, the bank will reclaim the payment, so if you face any issues, make sure to inform your bank.
