I have only recieved a refund for 1 item ( the cheapest)

I have had to contact customer service and now I have to wait another 48 hours for someone to look for the other item.

So frustrating and I feel like im being scammed.

Why wouldn't the refund be for both items ?

Im not happy you keeping £100+ of my money and I truly hope you dont deduct another 3.99 for shipping as i sent the complete order back.

Very disappointed in TJC.

Not impressed with the condition of the item. A tin of Hugo Boss socks sealed in a plastic bag with no bubble wrap. The tin is battered, dented and scratched. It looks like it has been stood on at some point. I've tried to it push out as best I can. As its for a birthday present I'm going to have to apologise to the recipient when I hand it over. Disappointed.

Frustrating experience with address updates

I spent over a month trying to update my address since my order was sent to the wrong location. When I attempted to schedule a return collection and waited for it, they still went to the incorrect address despite assurances that my address was updated. It's now 2026, and I still haven't received the returns label because it was sent to the same wrong address, even though they've claimed my address has been changed.

Order Received: Mixed Feelings

Received my order which included a bracelet box that I absolutely love, nicely packaged in a box. The free gift was also cute and well-packaged. However, the gold bracelet was disappointing. Originally priced at £499.99 and reduced to £224.99, I was let down when I opened the bag to find a flimsy chain that just fell into my hand. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing any more chains from this seller.

Ordered perfumes but received the wrong item and no help

I placed an order for 5 perfumes on November 16th, and to this day, I haven't received any. Instead, I received some washing liquid. I contacted the support team, but they hung up on me multiple times. I then tried emailing, and it turned into a nightmare. I didn't receive a returns label, and I got conflicting information—one representative told me to disregard the package while another said the perfumes were on their way. Two weeks later, after being told my items were delivered to a shop for collection, I went to pick them up, but there was nothing there. I've received lies from different representatives, and I've accumulated around 30 emails from various people. Last week, I contacted my bank, which issued a full refund and is likely in a dispute with customer services now. If I get the refund, the bank will reclaim the payment, so if you face any issues, make sure to inform your bank.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with the Purchase

I ordered a 9ct white gold moissanite engagement ring (1.59ct) from the company, which was advertised as brand new. When it arrived, it was entirely unacceptable and not suitable for use. The ring was missing two stones, lacked the gold hallmark stamp inside the band as promised, and had a noticeable line down the center, indicating it had been resized improperly. The overall condition strongly suggested it was not new, despite being sold as such. I reached out to customer service right away and was informed that I had to return the ring before a refund could be processed. I sent it back via recorded delivery on 11/12/25, and it was received on 12/12/25. However, I did not receive any confirmation of receipt. When I followed up with the company on 15/12/25, I was told that the refund could not be processed until the ring passed an internal “quality control” check, despite the clear faults and photographic evidence already submitted. As of 17/12/25, customer service has been non-existent. I am still being denied a refund and told to wait another 24 hours, which is completely unacceptable. This delay has caused significant stress, especially since the ring was meant for an engagement proposal. I cannot purchase a replacement ring elsewhere due to the pending refund. Very disappointing experience, poor communication, and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. No apology, no refund, and no goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. Terrible service. If I could give 0 stars, I would... Avoid!
