Overall, I have been very pleased with the service. However, my latest order, which I urgently needed, was not handled well. Instead of the usual quick fulfillment from the local depot, my order was sent to a different location. I placed the order on Wednesday afternoon and had to follow up for two days, ultimately receiving it the following Tuesday. This delay left me feeling frustrated, especially since I was waiting on essential materials.
I had some wood delivered for a small DIY project. It was over 2 meters long and quite heavy. The delivery came the next day, quicker than I expected, and the quality was impressive. The driver was very kind and helped carry it into the garage for me. I can't find anything to criticize about the service! Excellent experience!
